Patty has over 30 years experience in accounting and business administration and more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry. Her background with day-to-day business operations combined with her knowledge of modern telecommunications technology gives her the "customer perspective" on how to combine hardware and applications to deliver practical, cost effective solutions.

Tim has a diverse technical background including electrician, fire alarm and security, card access, network administration, workstation and server support for Windows Small Business Platform, physical layer voice and data cabling, key based telephone systems and VOIP PBX systems. He has been active in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years.

Stuart started in the industry in 1997. He is factory trained and certified with numerous  companies such as Leviton, Lucent/Avaya, MOD-TAP copper and fiber, Valcom, NEC IPKII, and Nortel Norstar ICS Key Ssystems. He has overseen and worked projects ranging from several cable drops to in excess of 1,000 drops. He is entrusted with the most complex customer service issues as a result of an exceptional ability to promptly resolve concerns and satisfy customers with troubleshooting and application recommendations.
